Share3Union Terms of Service

To better provide you with services, please carefully read the Share3Union Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Terms"). Before you start using the Platform and its related services, you must carefully read and fully understand this Terms, especially the clauses regarding liability exemption or limitation, applicable law, and dispute resolution.

This Terms is entered into between you and SHARE3UNION HK LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") regarding your login, registration, authentication, use of the Share3Union Platform, and access to the relevant e-commerce affiliate services provided by Share3Union.

this Terms also includes the relevant agreements, rules, system notifications, announcements, and other content regarding Share3Union that have been released by the Company and may be continuously updated in the future. The aforementioned content shall take effect on the date of announcement or notification, or the date specified in the announcement or notification, and shall form an integral part of this Terms. If you continue to use Share3Union after the aforementioned content takes effect, it shall be deemed that you accept and voluntarily comply with the aforementioned content.

You may use the Share3Union Platform and its related services as needed. If you no longer need to use the Platform and its related services and wish to delete your relevant personal information, you may contact us through share3union@gmail.com.

To better enhance user experience and services, the Company will periodically provide updates or changes to the Share3Union software (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.), and you agree to use the updated version or services.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company in advance, you shall not access or use the Share3Union Platform and its related services in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to adaptation, reproduction, dissemination, or transaction.

You understand that to use the Share3Union Platform and its related services, you need to prepare your own terminal equipment (such as computers, etc.) related to the software and services. Once you open Share3Union on your terminal equipment, it shall be deemed that you are using the Platform and its related services. To fully realize all functions of Share3Union, you may need to connect your terminal equipment to the Internet, and you understand that you shall bear the required costs (such as data fees, Internet access fees, etc.).

The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to legally use the Share3Union Platform and its related services. All other rights not explicitly granted in this Terms are reserved by the Company. You must obtain the Company's written permission separately when exercising such rights. Meanwhile, the Company's failure to exercise any of the aforementioned rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

You can start using the Share3Union Platform and its related services after logging in/registering. At the same time, you understand that to enable you to better use the Platform and its related services and ensure the security of your account, certain functions and/or certain individual service items require you to provide necessary information such as true identity information and bank information in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations before you can use them.

When you log in to a series of client software products and websites operated by the Company and/or its affiliated parties through your registered or synchronized account, you shall comply with the user agreements and other agreement terms of the respective software products and websites.

If you have any questions, inquiries, complaints, or appeals during the use of Share3Union, please contact the Company immediately through share3union@gmail.com or other means. The Company will resolve your issue as soon as possible. If necessary, please provide preliminary evidence of your relevant rights, and the Company will handle your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with local legal provisions. If the content you posted on Share3Union or related platforms is complained of infringement by the relevant right holder, you may also appeal to the Company by submitting relevant right certification materials, and the Company will also handle your appeal in a timely manner in accordance with local legal provisions.

After registering and accepting this Terms, you may log in to Share3Union, browse the e-commerce product catalog, add products to your Pick List, generate affiliate referral links, and share those links through your own channels (including social media, blogs, messaging apps, and websites). You earn CPS commissions on qualifying paid orders attributed to your share code in accordance with product-specific rates and settlement rules published on the Platform.

We attach great importance to the protection of user information, and protecting users' personal information is one of the Company's basic principles. The Company and users jointly strive to protect users' personal information (i.e., information that can identify a user independently or when combined with other information).

In the process of using the Share3Union Platform and its related services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to your name, phone number, location information, device information, etc.) to enable the Company to provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You understand and agree that the Company has the right to collect, use (including for commercial cooperation purposes), store, and share your personal information in compliance with laws and regulations, this Terms, and the [Share3Union Privacy Policy]. Meanwhile, we will protect your rights to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw consent in accordance with the law.

You understand and agree that the Company has the right to retain the information and materials you submit when using Share3Union (including but not limited to your account information, task information, identity information, contact information, etc.). Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the Company has the right to use and disclose your information to third parties, including but not limited to for the purposes of sampling tests, updates, improving the integrity of the Internet, and using or disclosing your information in accordance with the requirements of judicial and/or administrative authorities. The Company may sort out and analyze relevant data to further optimize or expand related businesses; the Company or its authorized affiliated companies may also display your usage as a case of relevant services or participate in relevant awards for operational needs.

Considering that the Share3Union Platform and its related services may include or link to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. You acknowledge and understand that third parties operating such services may require you to provide personal information. The Company specially reminds you to carefully read the user agreements, privacy policies, and other relevant clauses of such third parties, properly protect your personal information, and only provide personal information to such third parties when necessary. this Terms (as well as other agreements and rules related to the Share3Union Platform and its related services, including but not limited to the Share3Union Privacy Policy) does not apply to any services provided by third parties, and the Company shall not bear any legal liability for any consequences that may arise from third parties' use of the personal information provided by you. For more information on the protection of users' personal information, please refer to the Share3Union Privacy Policy.

The promotional content and communications you create when participating in Share3Union's e-commerce affiliate program shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, respect public order and social morality, and ensure information authenticity. You agree and undertake not to create or post the following prohibited content:

You understand and agree that the Company has not authorized you to promote Share3Union cooperation to the public in any form or recruit users in the name of the Company. You shall not publicly recruit users in the name of Share3Union, nor claim to be the organizing institution of Share3Union. Any documents and materials you post to the public related to Share3Union, including but not limited to event posters, must obtain the prior written permission of the Company.

Strictly comply with the Company's requirements when participating in the affiliate program, adhere to the principle of good faith, and do not use any illegal or fraudulent means to inflate metrics (including but not limited to fake clicks, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or artificial orders) to obtain commissions or any form of benefits. Otherwise, the Company has the right to suspend your account and cancel any rewards obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.

The Company has the right to review your identity information, account name, and other content from time to time. If the Company deems any information to be untrue, non-compliant with legal provisions, non-compliant with the requirements of this Terms, or risky, the Company has the right to handle it independently without notifying you. The aforementioned review by the Company shall not be deemed as any commitment or guarantee by the Company regarding the legality and compliance of the relevant information and content submitted by you, nor shall it constitute any joint and several liability of the Company for the relevant information and content submitted by you. You shall be independently responsible for your relevant information, content, and all actions.

In the event of your breach of this Terms or other relevant agreements, the Company has the right to make independent judgments and take corresponding handling measures as appropriate. For acts suspected of violating laws and regulations or criminal offenses, the Company will retain relevant records and report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the law and cooperate with their investigations.

If your actions cause third-party complaints or legal claims, you shall handle them independently and bear all possible legal liabilities arising therefrom. If your illegal or breach of agreement actions result in the Company and/or its affiliated companies having to compensate any third party or being penalized by state authorities, you shall also fully compensate the Company and/or its affiliated companies for all losses suffered thereby.

Product listing metadata, images, and descriptions provided through Share3Union remain the property of the respective sellers, marketplaces, or rights holders. You must possess complete intellectual property rights to any promotional content you create independently (including text, images, and links), or have obtained legal authorization, and ensure such content does not infringe third-party rights. You must not misrepresent product price, availability, or claims when promoting listings.

Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, event names (including but not limited to "User Program", etc.), or other prominent brand features of the Company and/or its affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Marks") without permission under any circumstances. Without the prior written consent of the Company, you shall not display, use, or apply for registration of trademarks or domain names of the aforementioned Marks alone or in any combination, nor shall you engage in acts that explicitly or implicitly indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise dispose of such Marks. If you violate this Terms by using the aforementioned trademarks, Marks, etc. of the Company and cause losses to the Company or others, you shall bear all legal liabilities.

You understand and agree that the Share3Union Platform and its related services provided by the Company are offered in accordance with the current state of existing technology and conditions. The Company will make its best efforts to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of the services. You understand that the Company cannot anticipate and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third-party services, and other various security threats.

You understand and agree that for the needs of the overall operation of the services, the Company has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Share3Union Platform and its related services after issuing an announcement and notification, without being liable to users or bearing any compensation liability.

If the affiliate program cannot be carried out normally or causes losses to you due to force majeure (including but not limited to government regulation, adjustments to national policies, marketplace policy changes, natural disasters, wars, power outages, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, or virus intrusions) or other acts not intentionally committed by the Company, you agree that the Company shall not bear any liability nor provide any compensation to you.

You understand and agree that you are a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct, and you shall be responsible for all your actions in participating in Share3Union cooperation. You warrant that your participation in Share3Union cooperation/activities will not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If your participation in Share3Union cooperation or its related activities causes any form of personal injury, property damage, or other damages or losses to yourself or any third party, you shall bear all responsibilities independently.

To maintain a fair and compliant e-commerce affiliate ecosystem, all users promoting products through Share3Union must strictly adhere to the following rules:

1. Accurate Product Representation
You must promote products using truthful titles, prices, and availability as shown on the official product detail page. Do not mislead users about discounts, shipping regions, product quality, or expected delivery.

2. Official Affiliate Links Only
You must use the trackable referral links generated by Share3Union for each product. Do not alter, shorten through unauthorized services, or replace attribution parameters in a way that breaks order matching.

3. Listing & Marketplace Compliance
Respect seller, Weidian, Taobao, and third-party marketplace rules. Some products may be restricted by region, category, or seller policy — verify listing details before promotion.

4. Content Standards
Promotional content (text, images, posts, or optional video) must comply with applicable laws and the policies of channels where you publish. Prohibited content includes false advertising, counterfeit goods promotion, and deceptive comparison claims.

5. No Unauthorized Brand Use
Do not imply official endorsement by Share3Union, sellers, or marketplaces unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

6. Commission Integrity
Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, refund abuse, and artificial traffic designed to manipulate CPS commissions are prohibited and may result in commission reversal and account termination.

Authorized Channels: Users shall promote official Share3Union affiliate links through legitimate channels such as social media, blogs, communities, and messaging apps. Traffic generated via click-fraud, incentivized task walls, bot traffic, or other non-compliant programmatic sources is prohibited.

Traffic Validation: The Company reserves the right to audit all traffic sources. If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has employed unauthorized methods, the Company may:

Deduct all earnings associated with non-compliant traffic.

Freeze the user’s account balance pending a full investigation.

Permanently Suspend the account and forfeit all unpaid balances for repeat or severe violations.

Share3Union is mainly targeted at adults. The Company attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and the compliance of cooperating with minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please contact us through your parents or other legal guardians before using the Share3Union Platform and its related services.

You agree that this Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in all respects, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you have any dispute with the Company arising from this Terms, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the courts of Hong Kong SAR having competent jurisdiction.

The Company has the right to modify this Terms in accordance with changes in national policies, technical conditions, business adjustments, and other needs. The Company will publish the modified Agreement; the aforementioned content, once officially published, shall form an integral part of this Terms and have the same legal effect as this Terms.

The headings in this Terms are for convenience and reading only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Terms.

You and the Company are independent entities. Under no circumstances shall this Terms constitute any express or implied warranty by the Company to you, nor shall it establish an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between the two parties.
